A delightful mix of shrimp and cannellini beans in a light pesto dressing
served over a bed of greens and red cabbage with Parmesan crostini.


Waldorf Chicken Salad

Light chicken salad with celery, green grapes and walnuts.
Served on a bed of greens with sliced apple and Apple Butter crostini.


White Tuna Nicoise Salad

Traditional tuna salad served with pan seared potato, green beans,
tomato, egg and Nicoise olives. Dijon vinaigrette and
French Rounds served on the side.


The Finale

An assortment of French pastries served on a dessert tower at each table,
accompanied by brewed tea and coffee. Honey and lemon service.
